周二，亚太股市再度下跌，菲律宾股市再次暴跌逾4%，印尼股市跌近3%，印度、泰国、马来西亚股市跌逾1%。
消息面上，新兴经济体外储水平正在急剧下降。英国金融时报日前报道称，自5月初以来，受资本外逃和外汇干预影响，新兴经济体央行的外汇储备锐减810亿美元。而这还没有考虑近期新兴市场动荡加剧的因素。
瑞士信贷经济学家陶冬表示，部分新兴市场已经处在危机状态中。危机的根源在于，这些经济体过去几年来的过度杠杆和开支。当美联储决定开始启动退出QE，资本外流开始，进而诱发新兴经济体基本面的急剧恶化。巴西、印度和印尼都是这方面的最好例子。
瑞银的经济学家则称，亚洲新兴经济体阵痛可能继续，主要是因为：一、基本面指标恶化；二、全球流动性撤离的影响可能会压倒外需改善带来的支撑；三、美联储退出货币宽松过程可能相当漫长。
新兴市场最坏的情况还没有到来。 中金的最新报告称。该行认为，部分新兴市场国家结构矛盾突出，经常账户赤字较大，过去靠资本流入来维持平衡。未来美联储退出量化宽松将带来更大的资本流出，并推升利率。未来一段时间，新兴市场将面临更大不确定性。 http://www.4shared.com/photo/ngEKyrXC/__online.html
